My Opinion About ZigiZigi:
Upon first hearing the name Zigi-Zigi, I can't say that I knew what the hell to expect in the way of porn, except that in all likelihood I would find hardcore material. Even on the tour, I didn't know if there was any sort of "unique" niche to be found or even if perhaps the site name served the dual purpose of a model's name. However, when I entered the members' area I finally discovered that ZigiZigi is the name of the person who runs the site, which is a collection of expected hardcore made by none other than - you guessed it - Zigi-Zigi.
I kind of like the name because it slips off the tongue so easily, and I also happened to like the design and layout of the site. Crystal-clear episode photos, good scene descriptions and model details are all available for each film. However, there was something that kind of did bother me, and that was upon discovering that of the four newest episodes added to the site, none of them were complete films. Personally, I can't stand when a site incrementally adds scenes on different days until a complete film appears. My theory is that you've made the movie, so give it to me in one go, damnit! In any case, Zigi-Zigi.com currently offers 32 movies, 25 sets of photos and a number of DVDs that I won't bother mentioning, since you will have to buy them for an additional $17.00 on top of an already above-average priced site.
Movies are about 20-minutes long, but rather than the 2000Kbps bit-rate promised, I discovered 1390Kbps 720x576 .wmv files. They're still good, for sure, but even if they were as good as promised (and some were indeed 2250Kbps), I wouldn't exactly call them flawless, nor would I suggest that they represent a new standard in porn, since I can easily find HD sites with 4000Kbps films. The movie I downloaded seemed to have a problem with the sound, or at least I thought so, but it turns out that even if the model's mouth was moving as she gave her boyfriend a back massage, she wasn't actually talking. Anyhow, the movie featured Alissa (Sunny) and the sound was definitely not loud enough. However, I thought the films showed a good, playful attitude toward sex. After all, sex is supposed to be fun for all, and this model, as well as others, always seemed to be enjoying every moment of fellatio, hardcore, anal, or even group action.
Now, there is a set of 709x532 screenshots for each movie and they weren't bad. However, I was much more interested in the professional 1024x682 shots. There are between 100 and 120 images in each set, but you'll have to download them one at a time, since there aren't zips. Now these are relatively flawless. Everything about them was excellent and, again, the fun attitude toward the hardcore is even evident in these shots. The sets parallel the movie action, but they aren't exactly the same.
You can put episodes into a favourite or ignore list, and you can find out about site news, but there aren't any bonuses with your membership.
Final Verdict:
As I was about to conclude my review, something caught my attention. Underneath the log-out button there was a message telling me that my current balance was $1.03. This refers to credits the site gives us towards buying DVDs, but I had no idea of how this bonus is calculated. I figured I better download another movie, but it didn't affect my balance, neither did logging in or out. Maybe it's a monthly thing, in which case it's really too little too late. I truly wish I could tell you, but I haven't the foggiest idea, and the FAQ that promises to explain it to us does exist.
I think that Zigi-Zigi has a lot of potential, but better organization, some sound improvement for the films and not charging even more money than the membership fee for DVD downloads would probably make me like it a lot more.
